A binding financial agreement drafted for you, with independent advice for your partner

  • Initial 30-minute consultation (not a guarantee of completion)
  • Lawyer-drafted binding financial agreement
  • Legal advice to you (the client) on the agreement and your advice statement
  • Coordination of financial disclosure
  • Included revision round(s)
  • Lawyer-approved execution instructions

Not included

  • Negotiation beyond included revisions (quoted separately)
  • Valuations of assets or businesses
  • Any guarantee the agreement will be enforceable
Whose advice is included
The client is the person who completes this questionnaire. Our lawyer drafts and advises for the client only. The other partner must get independent legal advice from a different lawyer who is not connected to this matter. Completion depends on disclosure, negotiation and both advice statements — one appointment does not guarantee completion or enforceability.

The 30-minute session is your initial appointment — not every matter is complete after one call. If your matter needs work outside this package, your lawyer will send a separate quote for you to accept or decline; nothing is charged automatically. Drafts are not executed legal documents. Your lawyer provides signing and witnessing instructions for your jurisdiction with the final version.

Fixed fee shown after you answer a few questions and create your account.
  • 30-minute initial consultation
  • 2 included revision rounds
  • Draft typically within 7 business days of your consultation
Available in: New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory

Your answers save as you go. A lawyer reviews your intake and confirms they can act before any engagement.
