Refund window

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used to book.
2. Submit a refund request directly through the Paddle portal, or
3. Contact our support team at support@askmylawyer.com.au and we'll help you through the process.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
